Filter Material Workshop
The filter meterial workshop of Keskay Environmental Protection is equipped with advanced production equipment, including one 2.2m-wide and one 2.6m-wide needle-punched non-woven production line, one tentering and setting production line, and one film-coating production line. The workshop has an annual output of 3 million square meters of needle-punched felt. The produced needle-punched filter felt is divided into three major series (normal temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature) with hundreds of varieties.
Bag Workshop
The bag workshop is equipped with special sewing equipment for filter bags with an annual output of 2 million pieces, as well as a complete set of automatic and semi-automatic production lines for dust removal cloth, filter bags, dust bag design, cutting, and processing. The company produces a wide range of filter bag products, including polyester needle-punched filter bags, high-temperature Meta Aramid (Nomex) needle-punched filter bags, high-temperature acid and alkali resistant PPS needle-punched filter bags, etc., which are widely used in various bag-type dust removal and air filtration industries.
Bag Cage Workshop
Keskay Filter has one of the larger filter cage (bag cage) production bases in South China. The filter cage workshop is equipped with 8 fully automatic bag cage production lines, as well as flat bag and special-shaped bag cage production lines. The filter cage products produced by this workshop include silicone-coated dust removal cages, and it also produces accessories such as venturis and filter bag mouth rings.

Transportation

Dust filter bags and cages are core components of industrial dust removal equipment. The standardization of their transportation process directly affects product performance and subsequent installation and use effects. To ensure the intact delivery of products, our company strictly follows the transportation principles of "anti-deformation, moisture-proof, scratch-proof, and corrosion-proof". We implement classified packaging and standardized transportation for filter bags and cages, and control every detail throughout the process to ensure that products are delivered intact from the factory to the site.
I. Transportation Specifications for Dust Filter Bags
Dust filter bags are made of special materials (such as polyester, glass fiber, PTFE, etc.), which are vulnerable to moisture, extrusion, and sharp object damage. During transportation, emphasis is placed on moisture-proof, pressure-proof, and scratch-proof protection. The specific specifications are as follows:
1. Professional Packaging Protection
A double-layer packaging design is adopted. The inner layer is sealed with PE plastic bags for single or double filter bags to effectively isolate moisture and dust; the outer layer is made of dry and sturdy cartons or wooden boxes, and the box is filled with foam, bubble film and other buffer materials to avoid extrusion deformation during transportation. For special material filter bags such as glass fiber, they are additionally rolled on paper tubes and then sealed to prevent wrinkles and damage; filter bags with anti-collapse rings are packaged separately and must not be under pressure. The outer packaging is clearly marked with the factory name, product specifications, quantity, moisture-proof marks, no upside down, and stacking limit, which is convenient for identification and standardized stacking.
2. Standard Transportation Operation
Closed trucks or containers are used for transportation to ensure that the carriage is dry, clean, and free of sharp debris, so as to avoid moisture and contamination of filter bags. During loading, they are stacked horizontally in layers, and isolation pads are added between layers to prevent inter-layer extrusion; they are firmly fixed with ropes and straps to eliminate shaking and collision during transportation. Throughout the transportation process, rain and water immersion are strictly prohibited, and rain cloth must be covered on rainy days; mixed transportation with acids, alkalis, oil stains, and sharp objects is strictly prohibited to avoid corrosion and scratching of filter bags; at the same time, exposure to sunlight, high temperature (≤60℃) and severe cold environments are avoided to prevent aging and embrittlement of filter bag materials.
II. Transportation Specifications for Dust Cages
Most dust cages are of metal structure (with spray plastic and galvanizing treatment on the surface). The core of transportation is to prevent deformation and scratch of the coating, and ensure the straightness and anti-corrosion performance of the cage. The specific specifications are as follows:
1. Customized Packaging Protection
Layered packaging with iron frames or steel brackets is adopted, and vertical suspension is preferred to reduce the pressure caused by horizontal stacking; soft pads, foam and other buffer materials are laid between layers to avoid friction and scratching of the spray plastic and galvanized coating between cages. The stacking height of the cages is strictly controlled, and crossbars must be set for reinforcement when the height is ≤10 layers; cages with a length exceeding 2 meters are stored vertically to prevent bending deformation. The outer packaging is marked with the factory name, product specifications, quantity, moisture-proof, handle with care and other marks to remind loaders and unloaders to operate standardizedly.
2. Strict Loading, Unloading and Fixing
During loading, the cages are arranged vertically or horizontally neatly and firmly tied with ropes to prevent deformation caused by shaking and extrusion during transportation; during loading and unloading, handle with care, and throwing and dragging are strictly prohibited. If hoisting is required, a special packaging frame is used for hoisting, and direct binding of the cage with steel wire ropes is prohibited to avoid scratching the coating and extrusion deformation. During transportation, contact with rain, moisture, acids, alkalis, and oil stains is avoided to prevent rusting of the cage and peeling of the coating.
III. General Transportation and On-site Storage Points
1. General Transportation Requirements
Filter bags and cages are packaged and stacked separately to avoid mutual extrusion and scratching; the loading sequence follows "cages first, then filter bags", and the filter bags are placed on the upper layer to ensure they are not under heavy pressure. During long-distance transportation, regularly check the integrity of the packaging, the firmness of the fixation, and the rainproof measures, and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner. When unloading, unload gently, stack strictly according to the packaging marks, and the cages are preferably stored vertically.
2. On-site Storage Specifications
After the products arrive at the site, the filter bags should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean environment, 10cm above the ground, away from heat sources, humid areas and sharp objects, to prevent moisture and dust; the cages should be stored vertically, kept dry and ventilated, and avoid heavy pressure, collision and corrosion to ensure the subsequent installation and use effect.
