The product type of Pulse Valve
Right-angle pulse valve
The air inlet and outlet of the right-angle pulse valve are distributed at a right angle of 90°. This unique structural design gives it a certain degree of flexibility in spatial layout. A diaphragm is arranged in the valve body, which divides the air chamber in the valve into two parts, upper and lower. The upper part of the diaphragm is connected to an electromagnetic device and a spring, and the lower part is connected to the air inlet and outlet. The electromagnetic device and the spring together constitute the driving and reset mechanism of the diaphragm action, providing a basic structural guarantee for the normal operation of the pulse valve.
Immersion pulse valve (also called submerged type)
The biggest feature of the immersion pulse valve is that the diaphragm is directly installed on the air bag, and the entire valve body is completely submerged in the air bag. This structural design greatly shortens the gas flow path and reduces the energy loss of the gas during transmission. The diaphragm directly controls the inlet and outlet of the gas in the air bag, and the surrounding sealing structure ensures the sealing of the gas in the air bag, providing good structural conditions for efficient injection.
