The pulse valve (also called the diaphragm valve) is the compressed air 'switch' of the bag filter dust-cleaning system. Controlled by output signal of pulse controller, dust cleaning for the bag filter row by row(or chamber by chamber), and keep the operating resistance of the bag house with the set range, guarantee the high processing ability and dust collecting efficiency of the bag house. The diaphragm has a standard lifespan of 1 million pulses or 3 years (whichever occurs first).

Package
For dust filter bags, we use three-layer protection: inner PE moisture-proof film, middle anti-static non-woven fabric, and outer wear-resistant woven bag. Bulk products adopt vacuum compression packaging to reduce volume, prevent moisture and pollution, and avoid fiber damage. For filter cages, we use customized anti-collision foam modules and thickened corrugated cardboard boxes, and fix each cage with plastic straps to avoid deformation and scratches caused by extrusion and collision during transportation. We also conduct simulated transportation impact tests to ensure that the packaging can withstand long-distance transportation risks.
Transportation
We can accurately prepare all customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and shipping identification report) according to the customs requirements of different countries, ensuring that the documents are complete and standardized. At the same time, we closely cooperate with local customs brokers in various countries to timely handle various unexpected problems in the customs clearance process, ensuring that goods pass through customs quickly and smoothly, and reducing the waiting time of foreign customers.
