Filter Material Workshop
The Filter Material Workshop exercises extremely strict control over raw materials, giving priority to high-quality fiber raw materials from internationally renowned suppliers such as DuPont and Teijin, covering various materials such as PPS, PTFE, and glass fiber that are suitable for different working conditions. For filter materials with different performance requirements such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, it accurately matches fiber raw materials with corresponding characteristics. For example, high-temperature resistant PPS fibers are selected for producing high-temperature filter materials, and PTFE fibers with strong chemical stability are used for manufacturing acid and alkali resistant filter materials, ensuring the basic performance of filter materials from the source.
Bag Workshop
The workshop implements strict process standards in the sewing process. It controls the stitch pitch and sewing width in accordance with the GBl2625-90 standard, ensuring that there are no more than 1 skipped stitch per meter of sewing thread, no floating thread, no less than 2 circular sewing threads at the bag mouth, and a double-thread double-loop sewing process at the bag bottom. For laminated composite filter bags, the operation process is specially optimized to avoid damage to the laminated layer: damages smaller than 5mm×5mm need to be repaired with filter materials of the same material, while products with damages larger than this size are directly rejected. This ensures the filtering performance through detailed control.
Bag Cage Workshop
The workshop focuses on technological optimization and detailed control in the production process. The wire drawing link adopts the cold drawing process to ensure the uniform diameter and qualified strength of the metal wire; the welding link adjusts the welding temperature and time through an intelligent temperature control system to avoid skeleton deformation caused by excessive temperature; the spraying link uses epoxy resin powder coating, which forms an anti-corrosion coating with a thickness of 60-80μm after high-temperature curing at 200℃, extending the service life of the skeleton by more than 30% in humid and corrosive environments.
