Applications

 

PP Filter Bags (Polypropylene Filter Bags), leveraging the excellent chemical stability, cost-effectiveness, and good filtration performance of polypropylene material itself, have wide-ranging applications across multiple industrial fields under medium-low temperature and weak corrosion working conditions. In the chemical industry, they are an ideal choice for handling acidic and alkaline dust. For instance, in phosphate fertilizer production, they can efficiently collect calcium hydrogen phosphate dust, and their acid-resistant property enables them to resist slight erosion from phosphoric acid vapor; in soda ash manufacturing workshops, they can also be used for filtering sodium bicarbonate dust to prevent corrosion of the filter bags by alkaline substances. With an operating temperature range typically from -20℃ to 90℃, which highly matches the medium-low temperature environment of chemical workshops, their filtration efficiency can reach over 99%, effectively controlling dust emissions.​

  • In the electroplating and surface treatment industry, PP Filter Bags are suitable for filtering electroplating bath solutions and collecting acid mist dust in pickling processes. Acid-containing dust such as chromic acid mist and sulfuric acid mist generated during electroplating is prone to corroding ordinary filter bags, while the acid-resistant property of PP material ensures the long-term stable operation of the filter bags. Meanwhile, their fine fiber structure can trap tiny impurity particles in the electroplating solution, ensuring the surface smoothness of electroplated parts and reducing product defect rates. Additionally, the filter bags are easy to dispose of after use, complying with environmental protection requirements.​
  • In the water treatment field, PP Filter Bags are commonly used for industrial wastewater pretreatment and civil water purification filtration. In industrial wastewater treatment, they can remove suspended solids, sediment, colloids, and other impurities from water. For example, during the pretreatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, they can filter out dye residues and fiber debris, reducing the load of subsequent advanced treatment. In civil water purification equipment, PP melt-blown filter bags serve as pre-filtration components, which can effectively trap large-particle impurities such as rust and sediment in water, protecting precision filtration components like the downstream RO membrane and extending the service life of the equipment. Moreover, the material is safe and non-toxic, meeting drinking water hygiene standards.​
  • In the medium-low temperature production processes of the food and pharmaceutical industries, PP Filter Bags also play an important role. For example, in fruit juice beverage processing, they can be used for clarifying and filtering fruit juice to remove pulp residues and pectin impurities. The PP material meets food-grade certification (such as GB 4806.7) and will not react chemically with fruit juice, ensuring beverage safety. In the filtration of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, they can trap herbal residue particles to improve the clarity of the extract. Meanwhile, their temperature resistance range is suitable for the normal temperature to 80℃ process requirements of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, avoiding the impact of high temperatures on the performance of the filter bags.​

 

Furthermore, in the semiconductor cleaning process of the electronics industry, PP Filter Bags can be used for filtering cleaning wastewater to remove impurities such as silicon powder and photoresist residues from water; in the tailings water treatment of the mining industry, they can also be used to trap tailings particles, realizing the recycling of water resources. Their characteristics of high cost-effectiveness, resistance to weak corrosion, and easy replacement make them a high-quality dust removal and filtration solution that balances cost and performance under medium-low temperature and weak corrosion scenarios.

Filter Material Workshop

Based on diversified raw materials and flexible process adjustment capabilities, the Filter Material Workshop can produce filter materials in three major series (normal temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature) with hundreds of varieties. Normal temperature filter materials are suitable for conventional working conditions such as chemical industry and mechanical processing; medium temperature filter materials can meet the needs of medium-temperature environments such as asphalt mixing and grain processing; high temperature filter materials are suitable for high-temperature scenarios such as iron and steel blast furnaces and waste incineration. The rich product series fully covers the dust removal and filtration needs of different industries.​

 

Bag Workshop

The workshop closely collaborates with upstream raw material suppliers and the filter material production link, and matches exclusive raw material processes for different types of filter bags. When producing PPS high-temperature filter bags, high-quality fiber raw materials from well-known suppliers such as DuPont are used, combined with the high-temperature needle-punching process of the Filter Material Workshop; when manufacturing PTFE acid and alkali resistant filter bags, the supporting raw materials for the laminating production line are used. Through precise raw material-process matching, the performance of filter bags is maximized.​

 

Bag Cage Workshop

The Skeleton Workshop strictly screens raw materials, giving priority to high-quality metal materials such as Q235 low-carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel. For high-temperature working conditions (such as dust removal in iron and steel blast furnaces), it selects high-temperature resistant 316L stainless steel; for humid and corrosive environments (such as chemical industry and waste incineration), it uses 304 stainless steel or Q235 steel with special anti-corrosion treatment; for conventional normal-temperature working conditions (such as dust removal in mechanical processing), it chooses cost-effective Q235 low-carbon steel, ensuring the adaptability and durability of the skeleton from the source of materials.​

The packaging protection of dust filter bags and cages is inseparable from professional technical support and high-quality packaging materials. Combining the product characteristics, our company has developed targeted packaging protection technologies and selected high-specification materials to ensure that the packaging can resist external damage and adapt to the protection needs of the products themselves.

For dust filter bags (materials including polyester, glass fiber, PTFE, etc.), we adopt a three-layer protection technology of "moisture-proof sealing + shock absorption and buffering + pressure resistance protection": the inner PE bag adopts heat-sealing technology to isolate moisture and dust; the middle layer is filled with high-elastic foam and bubble film to disperse external pressure and prevent filter bags from wrinkling and damage; the outer layer is made of thickened corrugated cartons or solid wood boxes, adopting splicing reinforcement technology to improve pressure resistance and impact resistance. For dust cages (sprayed/galvanized metal structure), we adopt a dual technology of "fixed anti-deformation + scratch-proof": fix the cages with customized iron frames/steel brackets to ensure vertical suspension and no shaking, prevent bending and deformation; lay high-density sponge soft pads between layers to avoid friction and scratches on the surface coating, and wrap them with anti-corrosion packaging film to prevent rust. All packaging materials are strictly selected, which are environmentally friendly, non-toxic and durable, balancing protection and environmental protection.

Transportation

 

The transportation protection of dust filter bags and cages relies on professional technical support to avoid product damage. Our company has accumulated rich experience in transportation protection, and adopted targeted protection technologies for different product characteristics.

For dust filter bags (made of polyester, glass fiber, PTFE, etc.), we use moisture-proof PE inner packaging + shock-absorbing buffer materials (foam, bubble film) + sturdy outer cartons, which can effectively isolate moisture, dust and external pressure, and prevent filter bags from wrinkling, dampening and damage. For dust cages (metal structure with spray coating or galvanizing), we adopt vertical suspension packaging, use soft gaskets between each layer to avoid friction scratches, and fix them with special brackets to prevent bending and deformation. In addition, we use anti-corrosion packaging materials to avoid rusting of cages during transportation, ensuring that the product structure and surface coating are intact when delivered to the site.
