The Filter Material Workshop has established a full-process quality control system and is equipped with advanced intelligent filter material testing instruments to conduct real-time monitoring of filter materials during the production process. The testing items cover key indicators such as air permeability, filtration precision, breaking strength, and elongation. The sampling inspection rate for each batch of products is not less than 8%, and the testing standards not only comply with relevant national regulations but also are higher than the enterprise's self-control standards which are above the industry average level, ensuring the stable and reliable quality of the filter materials leaving the factory.​

 

Bag Workshop

Relying on the flexible adjustment capability of production lines, the workshop can quickly respond to personalized needs. For the high-temperature working conditions of blast furnace gas treatment, it customizes extended high-temperature filter bags and enhances the tightness of the bag mouth snap ring; for filter bags produced for waste incineration projects, an anti-corrosion coating treatment is added. At the same time, the deviation of the half-circumference and length of the filter bag is accurately controlled according to the model of the dust removal equipment, and the deviation value is strictly within the standard range.​

The workshop has established a full-process quality control system and is equipped with professional testing equipment such as diameter measuring instruments, coating thickness detectors, and tensile testing machines. Each batch of skeletons must go through four key links: appearance inspection (no burrs, flat welding spots), dimension inspection (diameter and length error ≤ ±1mm), coating test (adhesion meets Grade 1 standard of GB/T 9286-1998), and load-bearing test (no deformation under load ≥50kg). The sampling inspection rate is not less than 10%, ensuring that 100% of the delivered products meet the ISO9001 quality standard and the enterprise's internal control requirements.​
