Workshop
Filter Material Workshop
The Filter Material Workshop exercises extremely strict control over raw materials, giving priority to high-quality fiber raw materials from internationally renowned suppliers such as DuPont and Teijin, covering various materials such as PPS, PTFE, and glass fiber that are suitable for different working conditions. For filter materials with different performance requirements such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, it accurately matches fiber raw materials with corresponding characteristics. For example, high-temperature resistant PPS fibers are selected for producing high-temperature filter materials, and PTFE fibers with strong chemical stability are used for manufacturing acid and alkali resistant filter materials, ensuring the basic performance of filter materials from the source.
Bag Workshop
As a key link in the enterprise's vertical production chain, the Filter Bag Workshop forms a seamless collaboration with the Filter Material Workshop and the Skeleton Workshop. After passing the inspection, the needle-punched felt from the Filter Material Workshop is directly transported to this workshop for processing, and the finished filter bags can be accurately matched with accessories such as bag cages and anti-collapse rings produced by the Skeleton Workshop. This integrated production model of "filter material - filter bag - accessories" shortens the delivery cycle and ensures the adaptability of the entire dust removal system.
Bag Cage Workshop
In view of the structural differences of dust removal equipment in different industries, the Skeleton Workshop has flexible customized production capabilities. According to the dust removal equipment model and filter bag size provided by customers, it can quickly adjust production line parameters to produce conventional skeletons with a diameter of 80-200mm and a length of 1-6m, as well as special-shaped skeletons such as multi-section, trapezoidal, and diamond-shaped ones. For example, it customizes extended anti-corrosion skeletons for large-scale dust removal equipment in waste incineration plants; and produces flat bag-type skeletons for compact dust collectors in chemical enterprises to meet diversified installation needs.

Safety protection is the core mission of packaging. Dust filter bags and cages are precision components, which are easily damaged by moisture, extrusion, scratches and deformation. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive packaging safety protection system to fully protect product safety from three aspects: material, structure and operation, ensuring that the product quality is not affected by packaging problems, and indirectly ensuring the dust removal efficiency of the subsequent equipment.
In terms of materials, we select high-specification pressure-resistant, moisture-proof, scratch-proof and corrosion-proof packaging materials to eliminate product damage caused by material problems; in terms of structure, the filter bag adopts a three-layer protection structure, and the cage adopts a fixed + buffer structure to fully resist external extrusion, collision and moisture erosion, preventing filter bags from getting damp and cages from deforming; in terms of operation, professional packaging personnel operate in strict accordance with specifications, accurately control the packaging force, avoid product damage caused by over-tight or over-loose packaging, and each batch of finished products undergoes multiple inspections to ensure that the protection is in place. Whether it is warehousing stacking, long-distance transportation or short-distance handling, our packaging can provide reliable safety protection for products.
