Applications
Springsteel Cages, with their excellent elasticity, fatigue resistance, and wear resistance, are primarily used in five major industries: building materials (cement, gypsum), power (coal/biomass power generation), metallurgy (iron auxiliary processes, non-ferrous metal processing), mining and coal (dry separation/dry conveying), and machining (parts grinding, hardware stamping). Workshop
Filter Material Workshop
The workshop focuses on refined control in the production process. Taking the needle-punching process as an example, by adjusting the needle-punching density and depth, the filtration precision and air permeability of the filter material can be customized according to the size of dust particles in different industries. In the tentering and setting link, the temperature and tension are precisely controlled to ensure that the filter material is not easy to deform in subsequent use, greatly improving the dimensional stability. For laminated filter materials, an advanced hot-pressing lamination process is adopted to make the film closely adhere to the base cloth, which not only ensures the filtration efficiency but also enhances the wear resistance and tear resistance of the filter material.
Bag Workshop
Relying on the flexible adjustment capability of production lines, the workshop can quickly respond to personalized needs. For the high-temperature working conditions of blast furnace gas treatment, it customizes extended high-temperature filter bags and enhances the tightness of the bag mouth snap ring; for filter bags produced for waste incineration projects, an anti-corrosion coating treatment is added. At the same time, the deviation of the half-circumference and length of the filter bag is accurately controlled according to the model of the dust removal equipment, and the deviation value is strictly within the standard range.
Bag Cage Workshop
With diversified products and customization capabilities, the skeletons produced by the Skeleton Workshop can accurately adapt to dust removal scenarios in multiple industries.
