Applications

 

PPS filter bags are the premium solution designed for high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments. They outperform aramid fibers in terms of acid resistance, while being more economical than PTFE options. Their exceptional thermal stability and chemical resistance make them ideal for use in power plants, incinerators, and heavy chemical industries. For applications in oxidizing environments with 5% ozone (O₃), it is recommended to use PTFE-coated PPS or pure PTFE alternatives to ensure optimal performance and safety.

 

iron and steel industry

In the iron and steel industry, they are indispensable for dust removal in blast furnaces, converters, and sintering machines. Blast furnace gas, with temperatures ranging from 220℃ to 280℃ and containing iron oxide dust, coke particles, and sulfur dioxide, poses severe challenges to ordinary filter materials. However, PPS Filter Bags' heat resistance and acid resistance enable them to stably filter such gas, reducing dust concentration to below 5mg/m³. Smelting flue gas, with temperatures between 200℃ and 260℃, contains metal oxide dust (copper oxide, zinc oxide) and corrosive gases (sulfur dioxide, chlorine). Ordinary filter materials are prone to degradation or corrosion in such environments, but PPS Filter Bags' chemical stability and heat resistance allow them to efficiently capture metal dust. Bag Workshop

As a key link in the enterprise's vertical production chain, the Filter Bag Workshop forms a seamless collaboration with the Filter Material Workshop and the Skeleton Workshop. After passing the inspection, the needle-punched felt from the Filter Material Workshop is directly transported to this workshop for processing, and the finished filter bags can be accurately matched with accessories such as bag cages and anti-collapse rings produced by the Skeleton Workshop. This integrated production model of "filter material - filter bag - accessories" shortens the delivery cycle and ensures the adaptability of the entire dust removal system.​

 

Bag Cage Workshop

The Skeleton Workshop practices the concept of green environmental protection in the production process. The welding link is equipped with pulse dust collection equipment to collect welding fumes with a purification rate of more than 98%; the spraying link uses solvent-free epoxy resin powder coating to avoid volatile organic compound (VOCs) emissions; at the same time, it classifies and recycles metal waste generated during production with a recycling rate of more than 95%, realizing resource recycling.
