The dust collector frame is the core supporting structure of the bag filter, which directly affects the service life and filtration efficiency of the filter bag. According to the industry standard "HJ/T 324-2006 Technical Requirements for Environmental Protection Products Bag Frame for Bag Dust Collector", its types can be classified by shape, material, and structure, as follows:
1. Classification by shape
1). Circular frame: the most common type, with a diameter range of 120-300mm (refer to "GB 12633-2010 Technical Conditions for Bag Frame for Bag Dust Collector"), suitable for most working conditions.
2). Oval frame: The aspect ratio is generally not more than 1.5:1, suitable for installation environments with limited space, such as ship engine rooms.
3). Rectangular frame: mainly used to handle special dust (such as fibrous dust), but dust is easily accumulated on the corners, making it difficult to clean.
2. Classification by material
1). Carbon steel frame: low cost but easy to corrode, suitable for dry environment, service life of about 3-5 years (data source "Bag Dust Collector Operation and Maintenance Manual".
2). Stainless steel frame: strong corrosion resistance, suitable for high humidity or acid mist conditions, service life can reach 8-10 years.
3). Plastic frame: light weight but poor bearing capacity, only used in low temperature (<80℃) and non-wear occasions.
3. Classification by structure
1). Cage frame: standard structure consists of 8-12 longitudinal bars and hoops, good stability, suitable for pulse jet dust collector.
2). Folding frame: compressible volume for easy transportation, but easy to deform after installation, need to be fixed with special buckles.
3). Multi-section skeleton: The height of a single section is reduced by segmented design, which is suitable for ultra-long filter bags (when the length is > 6m).

Extended description:
In addition to the above classification, dust collector skeletons can also be divided into galvanized, silicone coating and other types according to the surface treatment method. Galvanized skeletons can improve corrosion resistance, but when the coating thickness exceeds 15μm, it will affect the fit of the filter bag (refer to "HJ 2020 Bag Dust Collector Engineering Technical Specifications"). In practical applications, it is usually necessary to comprehensively consider dust characteristics, temperature and humidity, and cost factors to select skeleton types. For example: the chemical industry often uses stainless steel cage skeletons, while grain storage tends to use carbon steel round skeletons.
Notes:
1. The skeleton diameter should maintain a gap of 5-10mm with the inner diameter of the filter bag to prevent friction damage during operation.
2. The spacing between the longitudinal ribs shall not exceed 50mm to ensure uniform support of the filter bag (according to "GB 12633-2010").
3. Special alloy skeletons are required for high temperature conditions (> 260℃), and ordinary materials will fail due to thermal deformation.
